Who is JACKSON?

Sudan Jackson – or as some call me: The People Dude. For over 20 years, I have been operating at the intersection of people, organizations, and what is now commonly called “New Work” – long before it had trendy names. I learned at a leading consulting firm how to navigate complexity, develop strategies, and support large transformation processes.

But my heart beats for what happens beneath the surface: culture, collaboration, and mindset. That’s why I have been active for many years in the New Work and Agile communities, developing formats, coaching teams, advising leaders—and regularly speaking on stages about modern work environments.
